Urgent requirement of PROJECT MANAGER ($5,000 TO $8,000)

(Any English speaking Nationality)

Role & Responsibilities:

1 Ensure works are carried out as per schedule with good workmanship

2 Attend all meetings and resolve site problems

3 Manage projects to achieve smooth project implementation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned projects on time

4 Ensure safety on site

5 Lead a team of site personnel

6 Prepare schedule and plan for work progress

7 Maintain a good relationship with clients and consultant

8 Meet Management’s targets on profitability and cost control of projects

Eligibility Requirements:

1 Minimum Diploma in Construction Management / Engineering or related construction field with knowledge of any scheduling software

2 Possess Safety certificate for Project Manager an advantage

3 Minimum 12 years’ experience in a managerial capacity in local construction industry

4 Good working attitude, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently

5 Overall project coordination and monitoring of progress

6 With ownership attitude
