Urgent Requirement of SURVEYOR ($3,500 TO $5,500)

(Any English speaking Nationality)

Role &  Responsibilities:

1 Preparation of bills of quantities and material lists for tendering purposes

2 Prepare quotations, BQ, variation claims, etc.

3 Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing

4 Preparation of tender submission

5 Prepare and assist in monitoring progress claims and payments, subcontractors payment

6 Certification, VO submission and final accounts

7 Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards

8 Attend site meetings and other ad-hoc duties

Eligibility Requirements:

1 Degree or Diploma in QS/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent

2 Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in interior contracts in Singapore

3 Competent in software skills such as MS Office

4 Good knowledge of cost analysis, pricing of interior materials/ works

5 Meticulous, independent and highly motivated

Fees: 3 months salary
