These professionals will make outbound calls and post ads to devise lead generation. The ideal candidate is proactive, can maintain an upbeat, positive, "can do" attitude, has the ability to work with directive, is flexible and can adapt to a variety of situations. Responsibilities • Customer Support.  • Demonstrate product knowledge and company capabilities, with special emphasis on quality of service. • Profiling solutions and services depending on the needs identified and utilize various marketing material to secure understanding to potential clients via telephone. • Summarize needs, solutions, and values for the customer.  Position Requirements • Experience working in a dialer, cold calling, telemarketing, or call center environment is a PLUS.  • Excellent communications skills. Education and Experience • High school diploma, college preferred. • MS OFFICE Key Competencies (knowledge of web development, technology, and online industry a plus) • Excellent communication skills • Sales and marketing prospecting!!!! • Adaptability, initiative, and stress tolerance
