- TEFL/TESOL at least 120 hrs Certificate

- English Native speakers from US/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Ireland/South Africa, applicants who are not from these countries need to have BA/MA from one these countries

- Majoring in early childhood Education prefer

Salary and benefit:

- Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou  16,500-19,500 RMB monthly

 Other cities 13,500-16,500 RMB monthly
