- Age under 60

- BA+ and 2 years working experience after graduation

- Montessori Certificate completed, if not, they can work as English Specialist while they are finishing their internship

- English Native speakers from US/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Ireland/South Africa prefer for visa purpose

Salary and benefit:

- 18,500 - 22,500 RMB monthly (only available in Beijing)

- Annually paid leaves
