This is a Non-Governmental Organization which can be formed by a gaggle of private persons, registered under the Society  Subscription Act of 1860 and recognized by government for performing a few of the functions or allocated work regarding government. This is a very unique and informal form of arrangement made by the government wherein the us government extentsthe help, support and authority to an individual body to perform a few of the work of the government regarding it. We canthus say a NGO is a body performing certain duties of the government which may or may not be funded by the government.
