We are looking for a part-time/fulltime office asistant. Up to 20 to 40 hours per week. You must be articulate, reliable, a great communicator and open to learn. Computer knowledge is a must, as is proficiency with data input. Job tasks include:interaction with patients, other providers, marketing, data entry and knowledge of the services.
Previous office experience is a plus, but will train the right person.
Job Requirements:
- Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice.
- Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls.
- Efficient and accurate data-entry skills.
- Computer literacy and multi-line phone or switchboard experience.
- If no experience, the prospective receptionist must be able to learn it quickly.
- Punctual and reliable.
Job duties:
Primary duties will include: entering data into company software, operate adding machine, enter data into excel spreadsheets, analyze data for similarities differences.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen a must.
