Iyengar Yoga Centre Indonesia introduces its newest program!  Giving you a thorough break from living the busy and stressful life, we are now open to accept individuals or group of individuals both foreign and local who wants to go on a personal journey or retreat on a duration of time for an intensive training course on the Iyengar Yoga Method.

We offer one to one yoga sessions with customized instructions including asanas(physical postures), pranayama(breathing)  and meditation.  Instructions can be adapted to fulfill a range of goals, such as addressing physical limitations, developing a regular home practice or deepening and intensifying existing practice.
