                       Iyengar Yoga Centre Indonesia, the only accredited Iyengar Yoga Centre in Indonesia by Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India, offers a two year Teacher Training Program which covers the basic and progressive study of asana, pranayama, anatomy and yoga philosophy.

                        With the amazing 24 month journey, we encourage all of our students to discover their practice and orientation through their own experience and enquiry.  IYCI believes one should not only have achieved a high standard in his/her personal practice in the introductory asanas, but also have preliminary awareness of the subtlety of Iyengar Yoga and its philosophy.  During the programme, you will study hard, increase your self-awareness, and cultivate friendships and lasting ties with your teachers and fellow students.
