There are also coffee shops in walking distance if you want to stroll there (Roostercat coffee House on Lincoln between 10th and 11th, Pablos on 6th Ave and Washington, Starbucks on 6th and Lincoln, you take your pick). 15 minutes walk north on Broadway Blvd will take you to 16th Mall area.
