Winter Holiday 2015 Dive Camps

WHEN: Monday, December 28, 2015 at 10:30 AM – Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 5:00 PM (PST)

WHERE: Weyerhauser King County Aquatic Center – 650 Southwest Campus Drive Federal Way, WA 98023

Daily Schedule:

10:00am – 11:45 amDryland training session at Gymnastics Unlimited in Federal Way, Wa.

Warm up and Skill Development. Divers will be transported to the pool for water workout.
Bring water and a Light snack to munch on before going to the pool.
11:45am – 1:30pm Water Session I – Workout at KCAC Pool training including bubbles.

Diving Water session I at KCAC.
1:30pm-2:45pm Lunch break –

We will be going to local fast food so if you want something different, please bring a sack lunch.
3:00pm-5:00pm WATER Session II – Workout at KCAC Pool training including bubbles.

All divers must have (and show us) an AAU registration (www.aausports.org) to participate. This is an AAU sanctioned event.
