We are looking for a Market Research Assistant to join the team! The Online Research Assistant will be responsible for assisting our product team in gaining a deeper understanding of the people who use our products, by tracking and managing online survey results. You will be working with smart, awesome people in a highly collaborative environment with cutting-edge technologies. You can work in our office or you can work from home! We’re growing and we need the right people for the job. Online training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Defines market research approach by identifying objectives; gathering business intelligence from survey results.
- Conducts marketing research by collecting information from completed online surveys.
- Data Entry in CMS
- Qualifications (Experience)
- Some Date Entry or Customer service Experience
- Experience with online research tools is highly desired
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
