Please help get babies home

Please help my son raise the funds to pay for attorney fees, court costs, etc. to get his sons back home. He was  primary caretaker of his sons until they were visiting with their mother and she decided to break their agreement and keep the boys, She has hidden them from him and since their agreement was between them and not a court order, my son has to hire an attorney to get the boys back home. Their mother doesn't seem to care that she is traumatizing the babies aged 2 and 3 years old.
