Career Opportunity 1: Tax Preparer Bi-Lingual

The Tax Preparer conducts an in-depth interview with the client to obtain all required information and material to complete the tax return.

Requirements of the Ideal Candidate:

1.       Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

2.       Ability to communicate in a professional manner

3.       Basic computer knowledge

4.       Attention to detail

5.       Bi-Lingual in either Spanish or Creole

Daily Responsibilities:

ü  Establish rapport with clients to build working relationships and increase retention

ü  Provide exceptional customer service

ü  Prepare fast, accurate tax returns using industry leading technology

ü  Fulfill ongoing tax training and testing requirements

ü  Other duties as assigned

Hours of Operation:

10 am – 6 pm EST (Pre Season)

10 am – 9pm EST (Peak Season)

Required education:

High school or equivalent

Nexus United Tax School

Required Certification:

PTIN is required if position is acquired via Nexus United Inc.
