AU-PAIR/NANNY NEEDED TO WORK WITH ME IN UNITED KINGDOM ASAP!!

Our names are Mr.& Mrs. Kent, An American but residing in London, United Kingdom. I lived with my very honest Family and we have the respect of others, My wife work as an Economist for a financial firm while I work in a T - Mobile Network a telecommunication Company in UK and I have a tight schedule in the office as a signal manager and don't be at home most of the days unless  weekends.

We are looking for an au-pair to help look after our children. someone to be a big sister or brother to our children and to become another member of our lovely and happy family. We promise you as your host family that you will stay comfortably with us because we are God fearing.

We have 3 kids Theresa, Faith and Pete they are  Due to our busy work schedule, We would like an au-pair to look after our little kids carefully and do light housework when they are asleep.
   
We are also looking for a housekeeper and a driver for immediate employment. We will pay the au-pair 2400pounds monthly with 150pounds weekly allowance,Housekeeper 2200pound with 110pounds weekly allowance while the Driver will be paid 2300pounds monthly and 130pounds weekly allowance..

    We will also be responsible for part of the money for your traveling documents according to our British immigration policy, state that as your employer that i will be responsible for your visa fee, flight fee and your free accommodation and you will only be responsible for your processing fee of certificate of sponsorship as our govt approved it as your criteria for your papers approval in gaining your entrance here for work.
 We need someone Sincere enough to be a part of the family during their stay and teach us about their culture and language, one that is active, outgoing and happy to take our kids to outdoors, for a walk, play with them, sing songs, read books and keep them lively.
