Responsibilities:
• Sole responsibility for attaining revenue goals.
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Confer or consult with company team to plan advertising services and to secure information on customer specifications.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
• Create a customer log for easy follow up.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Make every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits.
• Prepare in advance, and conduct regular sales report meetings with team.


Job specifications:
• Experience in sales/sales management in preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven ability to close deals for an unknown (new) brand.
• Able to operate in a fast paced and ever-changing market.
