The 5 days Iyengar Yoga Workshop with Jawahar Bangera will be an opportunity for student to study from Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Jawahar Bangera has been BKS Iyengar's pupil since 1969, and was one of the first pupil from Mumbai tasked by Guruji to teach yoga. Jawahar Bangera has accompanied Guruji on countless teaching tours around the world and has conducted a large number of yoga workshops himself in various countries. His instructions are simple, clear and firm. Confident, playful, warm, down-to-earth, powerful, and humble, Jawahar Bangera combines all of these traits as he gently guides us beyond our perceived limitations.
