Day 1:  Use of chair and ropes

               Whether  you’re new to yoga or have limited range of motion, balance, flexibility, use of chair in yoga allows you to strengthen and stretch your muscles with a reduced risk of strain or risk of injury and aid rotation in seated twists.  Ropes allow practitioners at every level of experience to seek and maintain steadiness and ease in a wide variety of poses with minimal manipulation of props.

Day 2:  Backbends

              Taking care of your spine is a key part of practicing yoga.  Bringing back energy to the spine, backbends will be introduced on the 2nd day to help increase extension of the spine in order to maintain back health, mobility and combat constant effects of gravity thats pull us forward.  Moreover, backbends also intend to open chest and ribcage which is good for the heart and in preparation for pranayama work.

Day 3:  Inversions

            Any pose that gets your feet above your head have an amazing capacity to enliven your body , mind and spirit.  Inversions help blood from the lower body travel back to the heart effortlessly, giving that perpetually “on call” muscle a break.  Mentally, emotionally and physiologically, they change your perspective and build confidence.
